Extra Innings is a dive bar where customers can watch games and enjoy beers. While some patrons praise the atmosphere and certain bartenders like Mike, the bar has serious operational issues including multiple allegations of unauthorized charges on customer accounts and problematic behavior from at least one employee named Emily, who has been accused of aggressive conduct and poor customer service. Management appears unresponsive to customer complaints, with reviewers unable to reach anyone by phone.
