Pub on Penn offers standard bar food with generous portions at reasonable prices, including a popular lunch burger deal for $7.50. Service quality is inconsistent—some reviewers praise attentive staff and bartenders, while others report slow and rude service. The atmosphere and cleanliness have drawn mixed reactions, with complaints about poor restroom conditions and lighting, though a side patio is noted as a positive feature. The bar is best suited for beer drinkers and watching sporting events rather than those seeking craft cocktails or elaborate drink options.
